Hi everyone, i'm new here and i have a few questions.
Q1. Is this forum some sort of Horse Riding Academy?
Q2. If it is a riding Academy, how and where do i enroll?
Q3. If this is not an academy, may i ask what is this forum for?
This forum isn't a riding forum at all. It's a place for equestrians around the world to socialize and learn from one another. Whether you're an experienced horse person or new to the horse world, there is something to gain here.
It's a discussion board. Everyone either owns or loves horses and we gather here to talk about them, give advice, and generally just keep in touch with other horse people.
Not sure how an online 'academy' would be useful to riders, since it's time spent around horses and in the saddle that gives you experience.
I saw you were asking if someone could teach your horse to rear. No. That's a bad vice, and no experienced horse person would entertain the idea of teaching a horse to do it.
As far as dressage and jumping, you'll need live, hands-on trainers for those disciplines. Nobody can teach those over the internet.
Oh! ok thank for telling me guys
Also, thank you Speed Racer for telling me Not to teach a horse to rear because i saw this girl, she was on her horse and she signaled her horse to rear (or i hope its called that). Sorry i'm inexperienced, i do not own a horse but i'll be moving to the country side with my sisters soon so i'm hoping to get a horse so i can teach it some tricks and have fun with him or her
That sounds like a lot of fun, Willow. I've had horses the majority of my adult life, but haven't forgotten the thrill when I finally got my first one.
