Stop popups when moving mouse over thread title?

I recently started using a new browser (QupZilla, if it matters), and now the forum has a really annoying behavior. Whenever I move the mouse cursor over a thread title, up pops a little box with the first sentence or two of the thread content. This is really disturbing to me: the display should be static unless I command a change with a mouse click, PgUp/PgDn key, or similar. Having it move around on its own makes me sort of motion-sick.

Is there a way to stop this from happening?

this is also on firefox. i personally LOVE this feature, as it gives me a tiny intro about the thread so i can decide if i'm going to read further without having to go into the thread itself.

Qupzilla sounds like it's affiliated with firefox (mozilla firefox to be exact), so the programming would likely be similar.

I use Google Chrome, and this happens. I LOVE the feature as well. It definitely helps me know if I want to open a thread or not!

Another one who LOVES that feature, I am a member of one forum that I now rarely visit, simply because it does not have that feature..I really like having that heads up to let me decide if I want to go further

Well, if you folks like it, you can use it. I'd sure like a way to turn it off, though.
