your ideal grooming/tack box please!

For my Alevel product design i am designing a grooming box which will be easy to transport to shows, work also as a mounting block and store ample supply of products. i need you to help suggest some ideas; so if you were designing a grooming /tack box what features would you include in it?
thanks!

I actually went to Lowe's or Home Depot and found a blue storage bin type container that has a clear front, that drops down so you can use that to open/close it in addition to the regular top lid. Then I got a regular grooming tool caddy and put it in there.

My grooming box is designed so you can step on it and use it as a mounting block. Ok, it's small, but sometimes even small helps. inside it's just a whatever box. The cool feature is the sturdiness

Different rooms please! I hate having to go through everything to find one little thing. So a room for brushes, one for mane things, and one for hoof picks. Maybe a small room for bottles to stand? Maybe even smaller one for small things like tape, change, rubberbands etc. Something smart in the lid on top, to store flat things?
Maybe hooks or something in the back so you can hanging on the stable door when working?
Grip on the lid so it is smooth to stand on?
