Does her hoof look normal?

Just noticed this the other day and can't tell if there is something off or not. I have never seen "pits" in a hoof before and as a whole it just doesn't seem quite right to me. Has anyone else seen this? Does her hoof look healthy/normal to you?

Nice looking hoof, nice walls. I would think she needs a trim and if you ride in soft ground the F. would level that off when the trims the hoof.

Definitely due for a trim, but the pits are just the shedding of false or dead sole. Perfectly normal.

Yeah just lots of excess sole, bit overdue for a trim. Wet environment? Looks like a bit of separation right round too, maybe a tad seedy in outside quarter. Hopefully the farrier deals with that well. Looks like they'd be nice feet overall.

Some info I've found helpful; [COLOR=Lime][B]
