Dropped fetlock?

So while having the vet out to conclude our suspicions about my geldings navicular my vet randomly said "due to him being sickle hocked his left himd fetlock has a mild drop, you're going to have some himd end issues later on for sure"

So not only does he have navicular, has rotation in his front left, but now has a mild fetlock drop?! Why else can go wrong!!

I cannot see it but was wondering if anyone else can. I understand these pictures may be insufficient to tell.

What does that mean in laymens terms? Basically he's limited to what he can do from the navicular but now what about this "fetlock drop"?
He also has long toes in the back which we are currently working on.

(In alot of these he isn't standing square)

I've seen fetlock drop and your horse doesn't have it. How was the navicular diagnosed? Are you sure the horse doesn't have an abscess brewing? They can take weeks to come to a head, some as much as 6 weeks.

First she judged it on how he moves during a lameness exam and hoof testers. I got some great advice on here how she shouldn't have made the diagnosis just by those two things so I had her back out a second time and she blocke the nerve in both fronts which he moved off 100% sound when blocked. We also took 12 X-rays which revealed large holes in the bone. I think he may have been standing weirdly. I will get better pics tomorrow but when she said that we were in the middle of discussing his navicular so I was a bit more concerned on that but I've tried to see his "mildly dropped fetlock" as she stated it was and I'm not seeing it.
