Exercise help! (for sway back)

My mare Katie Lou may have a slight case of sway back. I would love to know any tips/exercises to help strengthen her back muscles. Also Someone has already mentioned backing her up hills and I worked on that a bit today but I would like to know how many times a week I should be doing that and for how long? Thank you in advance for your help! :)

Hills, working on collection works those muscles to tighten the back muscles, trotting does wonders for everything. Make sure she gets the proper nutrition to build muscle, I saw her ina previous post and she looked kind of ribby and I could see her back bone. There is a difference between this and sway back

I stated in that post that when I got her she was skin and bones...she is receiving proper nutrition. And she may not have it a few people pm me and said it could just be because she's still under weight. Either way I'd like to build up her back :) thanks.

You can also run the back of your brush along her midline underneath and press the end of the brush into her - the handle part. She should lift her back. She will when you get the right spot. Do this just a couple of times only each time you groom her. If you check youtube you can find more info on this. Start with equine massage and go from there.
