Yeah, I'm short to & have the same problem with some syringes. Small hands don't help.

That's what I was always confused about? My horse eats every chance she gets.
We had slips a few times on wet or or slippery grass and as soon as she goes down she stays down and starts eating. People at my pony club thought it was hilarious.
