Oh my gosh...yes...this is truly great news!! I'm sooo glad you got her fixed. After I read the first 2 lines I'm thinking to myself "Yep, thats gotta be colic." It's good that she did colic becuase now, you know what to look for from now on and you can rule out anyother concerns.

- If today was your last day, and tomorrow was too late, could you say goodbye to yesterday?

I hope that along with the other feed she's getting free choice hay and a good complete supplement to ensure good nutrition? If so, you can probably just ditch the roughage cubes rather than replacing them. I would also want to be feeding her any feeds, such as her fat & fibre in a few meals per day too, rather than just one, if that's possible. Also hoping she gets lots of free movement & exercise, as keeping a horse cooped up can cause digestive upsets too.
