Costco Brand Hoof and Coat

I was looking into getting some Biotin supplement for Jake when the feed store owner told me I should look into the costco brand. I had no idea Costco had horse products. Anyhow, it looks to be a lot cheaper then buying in a feed store, but as always with cheap products I'm hesitant.

I would like something I could buy that would be considered a 30 day package. Now here are the nutritional facts PER POUND

Crude Protein: 8.3%
Lysine: 1%
Methionine: 2.3%
Crude Fat: 2.4%
Crude Fiber (max): 4.9%
Moister (max): 12%
Zinc: 3,250 mg
Copper: 1,200 mg
Selenium Selenite: 16 mg
Vitamin A: 250,000 IU
Biotin: 360 mg
Vitamin B6: 200 mg
Choline: 1,000 mg

Now I'm used to about 30mg per scoop. But how many scoops in a pound to compare? And is everything looking good and healthy on that list?

Opinions? Is it worth my dollar over the more traditional Biotins supplements from the feed store?

What type of scoop? A typical grain scoop? A small red scoop that you get in most supplement containers?

A typical grain scoop is about 2lbs give or take. A small red double ended scoop is I think 1 oz.

Then I would say it sounds like a slightly higher trade. I didn't look at all of the ingredients, but the biotin is 360 mg/lb. There is 16 oz in a lb. So 30mg/2oz, would be ~240mg/lb.
