Ok... So I just made up this recipe. I havent given it to Casey- Im about to.
Anyways, I am just gonna add it to her grain tonight, but here's the recipe:
1 handful chopped up carrots
1 apple (i used green)
1 bannana (i used 1/2 because I was hungry so I ate some )
2 handfulls of oats (i just used the quaker original ones)
1/2 tablespoon rosemary leaves
splash of vanilla (because I think it makes everything better!)
splash of apple cider vinegar (immune support and stuff)
1 handfull of brown sugar (loose, not compressed)
A little of molasses...
Picture will be posted soon! It tastes really good- I tried it. I just left Casey ground-tied cause she ground-ties really well, but she ended up in the garden eating plants

Its a antimflammatory, tonic, antiseptic, stimulant, , antispasmodic, and carminative. It also helps stimulate circulation, calming the digestive system, and with liver function, and prevent infection... Its just a good herb for horses :) . Also, I had tons of it on hand, and Casey slipped and banged up her leg and her leg swelled up, so to help ward of infection and to help with the inflammtion
