Here are a couple new pictures as well from riding the other day. All black helmet is me, black helmet with shiny stripe is the woman that half leases him from me.

We are really focusing on working with him on using himself, extending his trot and getting his headset down. He did great during that ride and once I figured out how to slow down my posting and push him forward he really started to stretch out and extend rather than just quicken his pace with tiny steps like he has been. I love having a trainer now, she is so helpful!

He looks like a new horse. :) You've done a great job with him.

Yay! Junior! Such a sweet boy! He talks with my girls over the fence around lunch time.

Thank you Jessabel :] He is really progressing nicely now. He has wonderful people that are helping me take care of him and is getting the help he needs to fix the issues he still does have, like his hooves :]

That is cute drafts! I am glad he likes talking to them, that sure does sound like him. He is quite the flirt with the mares, thinks he is still a stud. He will have to like them though cause he will be doing a lot of showing with them.

Very true. He's also good at staying out of drama. the other three guys decided to pull a rail down the other day and crowd the man coming in to the pasture. Anne and I had to run in and distract the boys so he could leave. Junior stood off on the side chatting up the girls like a good boy!
