Talking Sitting on Egisis!

Ejie's 3rd time with rider, the first two times I sat on her last week, this is the first time with my saddle.
She is one of the smartest and most willing horses I know!
she looks like a good size horse in some pics lol but she really is kind of on the small side, she is about 14 hh, I serously feel way too big for her when i am sitting on her, but looking at these I think we look okay?
How much do you think she can carry?

When I first got on

super excited

turning around

"you getting a treat out of that pocket?"

"third" ride sign us up for shows!

Definiantly an arabian person now!

This is a bridle I am borrowing from my trainer until I can buy her a nice one her size :)

I need to get her a new halter, I tried a small arabian halter it was a little too small at the jaw and I couldnt buckle it the lady said that was also considered a cob size, but this regular halter is too big . . . .

I am seriously so jealous of you. What a gorgeous mare! Flea bitten + Arabian + mare = my dream horse, LOL.

She has that soft eye and intelligent expression that is so common with Arabs. Love!! <3 Good luck with her - looks like she will be a joy to ride!

So happy to have the update . You 2 look good together. She seems very sensible. Keep up the good work, & please keep us posted about her progress. She is such a cutie-so typey. You must be "over the moon" w/her.

Try to find or order her and Arabian sized halter. Cob is just that, for cobs or ponies and regular halters are way too big usually. Or if you can find one that gives weight ranges, I find that mine usually wear one for about an 800 lb horse when they're full grown. You're no way too big for her, just about perfect I'd say. Have fun!

She seems a tad stocky for an Arabian, to me. I'm not a fan of Arabians but if I ever found one like her, I'd take 'em. ;)
Nice little mare, I'm keen on grays too.

As to the proportions, you look fine on her. Heck, I've seen grown men riding 14h horses and you look alot better than they did. Haha.
