you actually have great position. just try not to lean too far forward. also in the first 2 pictures your leg swung really far back but is fine in the rest.

Lochill farm in Hillsborough. I am quite part time these days, but still maintain some students and horses in several barns.

You need to come over when I am there!!!

The video looks like Fenridge. Do you board there?

Overall, you've definitely come a long way from that first picture. Good job!

I do think you need to bring your upper body up a little bit. Notice in the video how it seems that you are snapping your upper body down onto your pony's neck? I used to do that, until I smacked myself in the nose Think of your horse jumping up to you, you don't need so much sharp bend in your hip. I'm going to reach out on a limb and say you might have gotten that habit from the hunter ring.

Are your stirrups too short? Saddle too big? Something about your leg looks a little off to me.

As for the chestnut your friend is looking at, I do love his jump, he looks super cute.

Great position though, looking good!
