Riding with Cell Phone

Hey everyone

I solo ride most of time and always have a hard time figuring out where to put my cell phone. My cell phone is larger and has a hard time fitting in my pocket or my bra. So I have been riding with out it, and I have to admit I've been getting a little nervous with not having it on me incase of an emergency.

So I have invested in a 'Horse Holster', it was a decent price and seems like a good concept. I'm suppose to be getting it today and will be able to try it out tomorrow on my ride!

Has anyone tried the Horse Holster or how do you carry your cell phone on you?

Here is the website to the Horse Holster to show y'all what it is.

Thanks!

That would drive me nuts, LOL. I don't have a smart phone, so I just have mine in a little case that slips on my belt. I have been riding with my iPod and have a case that does does the same thing. If I ever got a smart phone, I would look for the same - a case that slips on my belt. Having anything wrapped around my arm or my thigh would just drive me nuts. But hope it works out for you.

Mines in a teeny belt pack. I agree with Kewpalace, I don't like anything strapped to an arm or a leg. But whatever works!

I do see those a lot! I think I personally wouldn't like something so close to my waist but I'm a weird gal.

Currently I don't wear jeans to often anymore... the dreaded muffin top has taken over so I've been wearing yoga pants more then I would like to admit while riding... so a belt case wouldn't work to well for me right now.

I've seen those Cashel ankle packs but I really don't think I could handle anything down under my knee let alone ankle.

I wear a small fanny pack. I find I don't even notice it, and it allows me to carry a few little things.

I have a horse holster, use it all the time. Got the large size. Got it when they had a half off sale, otherwise, it's too expensive for a phone holder. Before, I made a cable and added a clip so I could clip it to my belt or anything else.

I like the color of yours! I can't wait to get mine and feel more comfortable riding knowing I have a way to get in touch with people. I got the larger purple version.

I ride in tropical rider breeches 95% of the time, and my phone fits in the little sugar pocket.

Those holsters are cute, but I am withAvna and kewplace....

I bought a holster (different brand) but haven't actually used it yet.. I usually find a pocket somewhere though it gets annoying. I should be nicer to my phone!

I wasn't thinking to much about practicability when I got the Iphone 6 plus .... so pockets are really hard on the 6 plus because they are prone to bend and don't quite fit well. I went through 5 of them due to bending so I'm trying to take better care of my phone too!

For me the holster isn't about just looking cute but I think it will work for me, I don't like things by my waist so not big into the belt cases even if I wore jeans. I really don't think the holster on my thigh is really that big of an annoyance as some are saying. But everyone is different!
