Trouble with heels

Hello! I've been having an issue.

My heels are usually pretty good about staying down when walking, posting, or in jumping position. However, whenever I go to sit my trot, or sit to the canter, I can't seem to keep my heels down!

What am I doing wrong? Thanks!

Are you tense? Gripping with your knees? That will bring your heels up.

I believe I'm either gripping with my knees, or trying to hard to force my heels down, forcing myself out of the saddle and making me bounce. Without stirrups I do fine! (Though I don't have anything to put my heels down in when without the stirrups)
