Question Anyone used this shop?

I'm looking into buying a Martin Sherry Cervi Crown C barrel saddle, and was wondering if anyone has used horsesaddleshop.com ? I was also looking into www.nrsworld.com , any reviews on their wait times/ customer service/ saddles?

NRSWorld is great, but I shop there in person at the really big one they finished about this time last year. They are about 30 minutes from me. Good phone customer service.

I have heard of horsesaddleshop.com but no experience buying there.

Sorry my phone cut out - what I was saying was I ordered from them, they actually sent the wrong size but found out before it arrived, apologised and asked me to send it back, meanwhile they sent the correct size, got it with no problems.

I didn't end up liking the saddle, and I actually sold it for more than I paid.

No experience with either place, but just remember the exchange rate when ordering from the states.......that and shipping and import duties really hurts at the moment, I was looking to buy a $25 set of reins, ended up they would be $52 CAD by the time they got here, I passed

Horsesaddleshop.com is Amazing to work with!! I have a difficult to fit mare. My friend had a saddle that fit rather well but not perfect. I told them the model # and that I was looking at a different model by the same brand and if the fit was similar. They asked with wither tracing and photos I was told that the model I was looking at would probably fit better than the one my friend had. I must say the customer service guys were awesome to work with and once I got the saddle (3 days later) it fit both Blaze & I perfect!!! I would definitely buy from them again without hesitation.

I have ordered from horsesaddleshop.com. They are very good at helping with saddle fit and have a lot of information on their site, including templates you can download to check saddle size.

I also really like NRSworld. I can get really good deals on stuff and not have to spend as much as other places.
