Aww I have never seen this thread, how did it end up working out for you?
Is there anything else you need? Show clothes, anything like that? What about your little girl, does she need any clothes? OOOOH, epiphany, does your little girl like horse books? I'd be willing to send some!!
I won't be home til May (I'm at university) and it might take a little longer to ship from Canada, but anything you need I can help with!! Blankets? I'd also be willing to make a monetary donation if that would help!

Well, Wendy never ended up getting the Bates saddle as expected, nor did the pony saddle show up either.

How did I miss all of this?

Let us know what you still need? We can tick off the list one item at a time. I will paw through my tack room for things that may be handy, but I recently gave a bunch of stuff to a needy student.

I have my old eventing saddle that has been unused for too many years, I think. I will go over it carefully. I will not offer it unless it is completely safe or easily repaired. It will need reflocking, at the very least. With careful padding.....

No promises about the saddle, but I'll give it a good look.

Post the list, when you can.

I have extra brushes, polos, a set of red brushing boots, a bridle, martingle, saddle pads, brush bags, and maybe some batheing things if you need it. I'd have to talk to my parents, but I do have Wintec AP, 17" seat, never ridden in that I would be willig to give up. Don't hesitate to ask me for anything!!!

I just want to send out a big

THANK YOU

to those whom did manage to send Wendy the equipment as promised. That was very kind of you and very generous!

I want to say thanks to:

SMROBS
VIDA
JUMPTHEMOON

Your generous contributions really did show Wendy and her family that there are people out there who really do care!

At this point, Wendy still needs:

1) 13.5"-14.5" english saddle for her Daughter
2) 17"-18" english saddle for Wendy
3) Fittings included on saddles if possible
4) Saddle pads of ANY kind and any condition
5) Show helmet in useable condition
6) Leadropes
7) Brushes of any and all kinds
8) Shedding blade or something like it
9) Brown standing martingale, pony/cobb sized

Again, another big thank you to those who helped Wendy out!

I will talk to my mom tonight Wendy. We have an extra Wintec 17", 500 AP just lying around our tack room, brand new that neither of us will ever use. I'd have to ask that you wouldn't sell it, but I wouldn't mind letting it out to you on freen lone for forever. I have a couple pads that I would be willing to throw in too, and I do have a pony/cob sized standing martingale. I'll talk to my mom and see what she says, seeing as I'm underage, but it is all MY tack, so I would def be willing to give it out on free lone.

Thank you Stormy =) I would definitely be willing to keep the saddle forever, or if I was ever done with it I would send it right back to you or pass it along to someone else in need to pay it forward. Thank you a million times =)
