Making a Rope-nose Sidepull?

Maybe I just suck at searching, 'cause I can find tons of examples on how to tie a rope halter, but I cannot for the life of me find how to tie something like this:



Does anyone know?

I know how to tie the knots themselves just not where the ends of the rope end up and stuff.
