Man, what nice saddles you guys have! So beautiful!

I have owned four saddles, and they were each my favorite...

My first I bought for $100.00. It was a kid's saddle, but fit me to a tee, and we put a lot of miles on it before my horse filled out enough that it didn't fit him.

So I moved on to a Kieffer Aachen II, which I loved... but it was stolen...

This one is not mine, but it was just like it.

So my Dad lent me the $$ to buy a custom Black Rhino...

..which is amazingly comfy and fit both my Arab and my Percheron, but not my Haflinger, so...

I now have a Corcoran western dressage-type saddle.

Okay, off topic, but I just wanna say... this is my colt, Gazon Djinnask, at maybe 5 or 6 months old, maybe older. I bred him myself and I thought he was the most beautiful, most perfectly bred horse in the world.

Love is blind indeed!

Bought used for $400.00. Extra comfy saddle that I love except for all that frickin silver. Can't find a marking on it to know who made it.

Might as well post a picture of a saddle that I have owned for about 25 years, since it just got cleaned, lol. Eamor, very comfortable, was like THE custom saddle everyone wanted when I was a kid. Fits every horse. I will never sell this saddle, I negotiated two months of horse training for it.

Thought I might add some photos of the silver I added to the wade I posted earlier. I wanted to do something a little different so I did sterling on sterling with brass brand overlay. Fabricated and engraved them myself. The brand has been passed down from my great grand father. My grand daughters are the sixth generation to work cattle with this brand.

Wow @Rod ! That is beautiful work!!

I also loved that your wife saved for that other saddle. There is something about working towards something...

I am disappoint. I tried my SRS on Trigger... LOL It's so big on the front end that even with his fancy schmancy pad for shoulder relief, it tips down and the back end kicks up. He just peered around at it, then me, then it like: Really?

Guess it's for sale! LOL I'll be keeping my Connie Combs, which really doesn't break my heart anyway.

Question Fav. but what is it? ? ?

Does anyone know the brand? It was a cheapie but hey it was comfortable...

@Lakota2000 - Ugh, that's such a shame ): Finding that perfect saddle is such a chore, and to have it squandered by someone stealing it really does suck v.v
Wish I could help identifying it, but I know pretty much zero about western saddles--except the fact that I like looking at them <3
