Yes, I like the fit on the gelding and the panels look more even in the latest pictures. It was a trick of the camera angle that made them look so uneven. If you have it reflocked make sure they don't overstuff the panels or you will lose the good fit.
For the mare, she definitely needs a wider saddle. It makes me wonder if the western saddle really fits her if it has a narrower tree than for the other horse.
Barnsby saddles have an A frame tree rather than a U (hoop) tree, and their #5 which is supposedly an XW is barely a Wide in other brands. Many of the traditional english brands are this way, made more with the thought of TBs in mind rather than truly wide horses.
The mare looks like she has a flat, wide back and the panels are too curved at the back for her. I'd go for something like a Lovatt and Ricketts or Black Country with a wide tree. They have U trees.
