wanting help with trying to find out the age of a saddle

Hello I bought a saddle of of a cousin 10 years ago. She purchased it in 1989 at a horse auction. So i know its at least 31 years old. It has 3 inch stirrup leathers attached to wide fenders The stirrups are held in place with rawhide laces. The saddle looks in appearance of a parade saddle. It also has a place to attach a lariat with a belt style leather with a buckle. It has rows of diamond shaped small conchos around the saddle down the fenders and also on the back of the saddle. The stirrups are made of wood covered with laced leather

Welcome to the Forum...

Sadly, that description can fit many saddles of a certain era.
Pictures of the saddle are truly going to be a must for any chance of identifying maker or more.

The worst day is instantly better when shared with my horse.....
