I would go with a Black County also! I rode in a few some months back and still remember how good it felt!

I got a Brenda Imus 4 Beat, and so far love it, it is really too heavy for me to lift over my head, I am 5', and Sonny is 15.3, so I either have Jim do it, or find my stool! I guess someday I will find a shorter horse.

My dream saddle would be a billy cook barrel saddle that is shaped for broad backed horses. Or a treeless that won't slide back on a horse with 3cm of withers.

My dream saddle would have to be the one I have right now, a Black Country Ricochet close contact saddle. I saved forever and had it custom made. Pictures here: Black Country Ricochet - Home

My dream saddle would instantly transport me to the confident rider I used to be! Other than that - a gorgeous, comfortable trail saddle with soft seat and beautiful tooling, Crooked Stirrups that are covered to match saddle!
