101 Exercises book? HELP

I am looking at buying either 101 Arena Exercises or 101 Schooling exercises. Does anyone here have either or both of those books and can tell me what the difference is in type and level of exercises described? Is 101 Dressage exercises worth looking into? I'm a jumper looking for flatwork inspriration with no clue about lateral work etc so I feel like that one may be too advanced and specific for me...

One big thing is: I dont have access to groundpoles/cavaletti. (I am at a jumping barn, but usually a course and one or two exercises are set up and changed once a week, we dont move any of the stuff ourselves). Are these books still worth getting, or do most exercises involve pole work?

I'd have to order the book online or buy an ebook as I cant find them in stores here. I've seen the jumping one and I really like the format of the series.

I have the 101 Arena Exercises by Cherry Hill and really like it. No caveletti or pole work though I wish I had a book as well written for that as it is useful work. The explanations and the diagrams very clear. She goes from basic to complicated in a manner that makes the transition easy to follow and understand.

How much would it cost to ship to you from the US? I have 101 Arena Exercises but don't use it- I would be happy to send it to you.

Oh wow! That's such a nice offer! I'd be happy to pay for shipping I'll pm you.

Edit: Ok, not sure how big/heavy the book is, but shipping is between 30-60usd depending on whether it would fit in an envelope or needs a box. Dont know why so expensive, thats more than the book costs :( Guess I shouldnt be surprised as I was quoted 350 usd to ship a breech from Dovers the other day. Thank you so much though!

Good to know it has no pole work! Sounds like a good option :)

Oh wow, that's pricey. Well, if you change your mind and realize that's still better than buying new and shipping, the offer stands

Book is 8 1/2 X 11 spiral bound about an inch thick. I'd guess about a pound and a half.....

The arena exercises one is really good! I have the dressage one as well but some exercises do include ground poles or cones. It's also super dressage specific like you thought. Not that that's bad, I think anyone could benefit from it but the 101 arena exercises one is probably more usable for you! :)
