After 2 weeks of waiting......

I was able to pick up my horse and take hime to the stable I am renting for him. I went this morning with my 4 year old daughter and we feed him, brushed him and walked him around the indoor arena. I loved it and so did my daugter.
I will be going over ever morning to feed and take care of my horse. And noy only I think it will be a good bonding time with Legacy, it will be a good bonding with my daugter.

How exciting. I think horses are such a wonderful gift to share with our children. Enjoy and hope you take lots of photos and share :)

Thats wonderful! congrats on your new horse. Thats what I am hoping to do with my kids some day. Start them around horses at a young age. Growing up with horses kept me out of trouble and taught me a lot. Instead of asking to go out with friends or gowing out drinking or doing what everyone else was doing, I would be spending my time with my horse, riding, grooming, just having a blast with the people I was with.

I wouldn't want it any different for my children.
