A dependable horse

I'm going to post this picture in my journal, but I thought it was so good I wanted to post it here, too. It's not staged -- that's my daughter actually doing algebra homework on Moonshine.

Moonshine has many annoying qualities, but she is a reliable and dependable horse. I bought her to be a safe horse for my daughter, and she has been that and more. Thanks Moonshine!

Worth her weight in gold!

(I think Moonshine might have helped me with algebra. Or perhaps my teacher would have appreciated some with me in class!)

Ah I love this so much! When you get so carried away... I had some work I needed to do in a rush and propped my laptop ON katie's rump while she was eating from the round bale that I sat on once... so comfy... It's just great when you can relax like that!
