Flying a Horse

Hey so I wasn't sure which topic to put this under but I am possibly moving from Sacramento CA to Maui and im not going if I can take my horse. I would like to fly her but was wondering how much it will cost. If you have any ideas please let me know.
Thanks

There is a company in CA that will ship your horse via boat for 1500 (takes a week) or air 3500. But that's to Oahu, not sure what it costs for Maui (Also the prices may have changed, not sure how current the website info was.)

I'm toying with the idea of moving back to Oahu and had to price it out myself

Ah I miss living there :( Hubby wants to move someday but I don't really want to go because the horse scene isn't much, mostly just trail riding tourism stuff.

Are you military by chance? Because if so they would have the best suggestions for you.
