Have you ever dressed your horse up for Halloween?

If you have, what did you dress him/her up as?
Just curious!

One of my Belgians used to be dressed as Clifford the big red dog each year. She used to sit, stay, roll over and beg on command.

Yes. How could I not do Halloween with my first child?

My colt was a little devil, because, well, it was fitting!

And I used to routinely do the Santa hat thing at Christmas as well.

Lets see... Our horse and my daughter have been:

1) a musketeer and her steed (complete with full barding)

2) a water fairy riding her seahorse.

3) a Siamese cat (daughter) riding a giant mouse.

This year I think I'm supposed to turn my daughter into Athena and her horse into an owl. Still working on the design...

I've also dressed our horse up as Rudolph at Christmas and decorated her for the 4th of July.

We love making costumes. ;)

We used to let the lesson kids dress up our horses for a Halloween costume parade. It made for some funny-looking horses. We have had a caveman, a cow, a hula dancer, a zebra, a blond cheerleader (my poor gelding) a pirate, a ninja, a fairy, a princess, a pumpkin, a witch, and a gladiator. And I once wrapped my old gelding in toilet paper and made him a mummy.
