hello there!

new to this forum, i have a 5month old cob colt hes an absolute stunner, had him 4 days now and a week before i got him was the first time he had a halter on. hes made brilliant progress and a real kind natured fella. i am taking him on short walks twice aday and its going great the next stage for me is trying to pick up his hooves wich obviousley he doesnt like he tend to pull them back i have read up on the techniques on geting them used to this but i am scared of over doing it, eg. how many times aday should i be doing this with him, how long session i am scared i over doit with him. also how long would you reccomend for gelding?
advice apreciated. will upload pics of him cheers

for the feet i did it every day as my boy is only 11 month old he did the same
