Hmm seems a bunch of shows are the same weekend. Estevan is having a schooling show that weekend and there is one by Stockholm on Saturday the 23

Try the Sask horse federation website. Saskhorse.ca has most horse shows listed.

I don't think you do, but you'd need to double check that. I know that I did have to join for one event, because of the insurance cover.
