Just an update. I think what I am going to do is take him to the boy scout camp about an hour and a half from me and let him stay up there until after the baby is born and I can get my weight down. Once I get my weight back down I will be able to see whether or not my back and hip can handle riding him again. I have gained so much weight in three years from having kids it has really taken a toll on me. So, I am going to send him there, like a free lease, and have his vet and farrier care the same but he will have lots of people messing with him. This could for as little as six months or if I find out I just cant ride him anymore I may just leave him up there till he is ready retire and then bring him home. I would be able to go see him or ride him whenever I wanted. The people at the camp have agreed to keep him on his all forage diet and to stall him at night and during bad weather. (He is just a little bit spoiled).
