The OP has tried to clear up the confusion and Walkamile has answered the question in the way it was intended to be, so let's move on with the thread or it will be closed.

I like to think I'm fit, however, I could stand to lose a few pounds. I have fallen out of a regular workout routine (yoga being my favorite), but cleaning the barn and doing other outside chores definitely helps keep me in shape. I'm not easily motivated in the cold months, but come spring I'll have a routine again that will include walking and biking.

So...to get back on topic.

I used to be in really good shape but since injuries, I've lost all the muscle I actually had. I'm toned but not strong and will definitely hitting back the gym as soon as my body parts have been re-attached to my body

I don't think the thread warrents closing. Its a valid question especially this time of year when people start thinking about losing weight and working on becoming more fit.
I'm one of those who plans on becoming more fit in the coming year. How about you?

I have my mat and a Yoga DVD I'm starting after my husband goes back to work next week
I don't think he wants to watch my fat butt doing yoga.
