How Many horses...

At your boarding barn...how many horses are there? how many of them are lesson horses?

At our barn we have 18 horses total. Only 6 of them are used as lesson horses.

The barn used to have alot more horses...but they left and moved on.

When I boarded there were about 65 horses there.

Around 20-25 of them were boarders, about 10 lesson horses, and the rest were the owner's babies, stud, broods, and performance horses.

I stable and ride with a whole different set of people.

15 horses on the property

3 owned by the property owner (two on lease w/option to buy)
3 owned by his significant other who runs the boarding stable

The rest are boarders.

Old public trainer - 30-40 horses, 4 lesson horses.
private trainer - 6 horses, 3 lesson horses, unless we are training for people :p
Temp. Public trainer - 20 horses, maybe 6 lesson horses?

About 30 right now

Most are quarter horses used for cutting competitions and lessons. We have my 1 haflinger, 1 draft rescue, a morgan, 2 arabians, and 5 mini's also on the property but our barn is strictly cutting and western pleasure.

Around 30 horses. 10 (at least, there's a couple new additions to the barn that I haven't heard whose they are yet) are the owner's. The rest are boarders. None of them are strictly lesson horses, the owner uses some of her horses for lessons as well as boarders who give permission for their horses to be used for lessons. (And occasionally those who don't give permission as well, such as mine but that's a whole other issue lol) It's a largely 4-H and small scale/local showing based barn.

14 horses, one miniature.

I am at a very small boarding barn and I love it, no drama and horses are all treated amazing.

No full time lesson horses but two are used sometimes by the barn owner if needed.

3 owned by the barn owner, and only 9 boarders in total.
