How much will it cost to build indoor stables attached to a small indoor arena?

I can't find info on a barn/arena combination anywhere!

There would be 20 horse stalls and a small indoor arena.

Anyone have experience with the price of this combo?

Not something anyone can ballpark. It's going to depend on a TON of things.

A number of contractors/builders will quote on square footage - as a great big old ball park figure, I think you'd be looking at a minimum of $15/sq foot for a bare building; then price goes up with the height of the building, additional levels (or floors) and the detail/finish of the interior.

I have seen them start at 100k and go up from there. Most of the time. If you want a good job and it could easily reach 300k
