I am new to this forum....

Hello everyone-

I am new to this forum. I am looking for support and information concerning my 2 1/2 year old gelding. I have been riding on and off my whole life; however have never owned my own horse(although it has always been a dream). Last year my family and I rescued a stallion(became a gelding in October 2010) who was on his way to starvation. Over the last year I have completed his ground work and began riding him. He is green broke; however seems like he needs constant handling in order to remember what he is suppose to do. Just looking for any feedback on making him trail ready.

Welcome to the forum!

You may want to post your training questions in the horse training section of the forum. If you do that with a title that mentions the specific problem you are working on, ex "Need help making my gelding trail ready", then you are more likely to get people responding to you with helpful suggestions and ideas.

Good luck!
