You are in much need of horsie intervention. Also it would be nice if you didnt say 'aint' and act like your from the wild wild west, slightly gets annoying after reading it after awhile...but maybe thats cause you arnt taking baxter's needs into cinsideration as you just went out and got another horse, not to mention a baby this was one of the dumbest things you could do. I wonder if someone will call ASPCS on you for the way he has looked in the past, I do sincerly hope you are now feeding him correctly so that this doesnt happen.

You are not any where near in the experaince level to have one horse without a pro (or someone alot more advanced then you in horsemanship skills) helping you and you now have two, and going into what is sopposed to be a very cold hard winter. I very much worry for your new horse and Baxter.

I'll play along

Congrats on your new horse!
Is this the one you traded for goats?

Can you post some pictures of her and of Baxter? I'd love to see them.

I'm gonna jump in and say do you ACTUALLY own these horses, or are you just making up fantasy horses that don't exist? If you aren't then I suggest you stop buying horses and focus on the one that actually needs care let alone two babies that need extra care and a mare you traded goats for.

Why did you buy a horse you don't intend to keep? How do you know you can sell her and make a profit? In this economy, even reputable trainers are having some trouble selling their stock.

Everything that could be said has. I hope the OP can gain something from the advice given. Time to close this one.

Life is like a camera. Focus on what's important, Capture the good times, Develop from the negatives and if things don't work out, Take another shot.
