*shrugs* Different barns have different rules. Of course a BO should know if someone is leasing their horse out because it will be another person coming onto it, but they shouldnt be the ones saying yes or no to it. A leasee should be signing a waiver just like everyone else does on the property. If the BO doesnt do that, then it is her own fault for being liable.

Learn to deal with this now...because as you get older, there are going to be more severe things to have to not be able to do anything about, like work related things. IE People, managers, decisions people above you make with no input from the "lowers", etc etc. There will always be things in life that you will not be able to do anything about.

I am learning, I just needed to rant it out a bit. I know that there will be countless things in life that will be out of my control, and I wish they weren't but everyone's right, there is literally nothing I can do! Ughhhh.

This horse is put in a paddock for an hour ): and that's just how the turn out schedule works cause everyone else at the barn actually takes their horses out of their stalls more than a few times a month.

Board includes a full stall cleaning every morning, the workers strip the stalls bare down the the mats then replace the bedding with fresh bedding. This is done in the late morning during turn out, the horses poop 5+ more times after this, most boarders clean the stalls out a second time in the evening just for courtesy.

The horse gets full care in terms of food, water, turn out, and stall cleaning. But it's up to the owners to take their horses out other than their measly turn out, to groom their horses etc. I agree this horse needs to be moved! She's a huge problem!
I meant to a quieter area of the barn. I still think that at the BO is at fault here. Why is the horse only getting one hour of turn out? And if the stalls aren't staying clean than maybe the BO better being doing another cleaning at night.

I had a very nasty horse... he was not stalled but had access to shelter 24/7 and was on 27 acres of pasture. So why was he nasty. I called him my attack horse. Anytime you were close to him and not paying attention he was going to bite, kick or rear up and strike you. Needless to say he did not stick around long at all. My son was only like 9 at the time and I couldn't even trust that he could go out to the pasture and get his own horse.
