Not true, you can do trackwork when you turn 15(I do) but you have to start off as a stable hand if you go to a racing stable.

Oh ok, i didnt know i know my best friend rode them when he was 14 but maybe just because his dad was the trainer. I know when your 15 you deffinatley can though. I live in the racing capital of vic maybe its just there desperate...

Oh dont apologise!! I mean i think its different everywhere!! I dont really mind any hoo, I really hate thoroughbred's (My opionion not causing drama!) So i couldnt think of anything worse than trackwork.. :)

really! when i think about it i've never actually ridden a TB. my coach has like 5 of them, all OTTB's. and most of the ppl at my barn have one yet i've never ridden one. and still for some reason I find I love them. its cool that you don't like TB's. I myself am not a fan of Warmbloods. I like a horse I have to slow down more than kick.

Same!! I suppose its just ive grown up n ot liking them. My mum grew up on a racing stable and used to get all the TB's that didnt make time trials or ended up through the rails (which alot off them did) and they were all crazy. And every one ive owned has been a mental case. I think there beautiful to look at but i dont enjoy riding them! And my grandad puts alot of pressure on me when i own them so i suppose that adds to the many other reasons i dont like them.
