job interview

I'm posting on behalf of my friend,
she has a job interview next week for a stable hand job and she's been given a example list of things she'll be asked/asked to do.

this includes horse first aid and horse welfare knowledge,
any ideas at what things she could be asked?
thank you

Basic horse handling skills - catching, grooming, tacking, leading. Knowledge of horse behavior and signs of a sick horse. What to do in an emergency, or in a given situation. How many stalls can they do in what amount of time.

1. Do you have reliable transportation?
2. What hours are you available?
3. Can you give references about your reliability or work ethic?

Most jobs are pretty straightforward. I find the most common thing is if they like you they'll ask you to work a trial period. That's when she will be tested more.
