Well I've had my main horse for 9 years this month, bought him when he was almost 2. He'll be with me until he's old and grey and passes on.

According to Guinness World Records, the oldest horse was 51 out of Wales. There's also a record of a barge horse named Old Billy who lived to be 62 in England in the 1700s...supposedly he's the oldest verifiable one.
