Making old rosettes/ribbons/sashes look better/new

I recently qualified for the intermediate team of my county to go to the puyallup fair. I got a team rosette as part of the deco and I can say that it is rather well used. It has some spots and was creased. I have ironed the streamers, but it still looks tacky. Any ideas?
