I would not get him either. Unless you have unlimited resources, this horse is going to be costly costly costly. Why not spend that money on your horse, instead of one that should not have ever been born anyway?

Speer Racer... lol a gremlin thats exactly what he looks like, i new he looked familiar. I love that movie. And wicked i completly agree, it is so sad that people keep breeding these horses. I wish there was a law that if you horse was n/h he would automatically have to be gelded and the mares would have to be spayed. same thing for herda.

Oh dear... to geld the herda stallions.... the top 10% of reining would change in a second.... but why not? who wants an already expensive hobby/passion to become more expensive due to faulty greedy mcgreederson breeders?

It would be easy to eliminate both of these diseases by gelding any stallion that is a carrier of the gene.
