Exclamation Naughty pony

So my greedy 13.2 welsh c is refusing to let me catch her she's usually amazing galloping up but yummy green grass has come out. As soon as I'm like 2 metres away from her of she goes she will sometimes come over if I defenetily don't have a headcollar so have any advice

A beginner will practise until they can get it right but a professional will practise until they can't get it wrong

If she will come up to you, when you are not holding her rope/halter. take the rope only, wrap it around your waist like a belt, and when you have your hands on her, unwrap it and put it around her neck. Other than bribing with treats/grain, or chasing her until she gives up.

the "purist" horse people will cut me to ribbons for this, but it's a way to get her!

You need to catch her somehow - maybe get some help to corner her or drive her into a barn or stable because all that yummy grass is going to give her laminitis - perfect breed for it
Once you've got her make a small 'starvation patch' with only the bare amount of grass on it so she has to rely on you for food, she'll soon change her mind about being caught if she has to be led out to a feed every day
