I always loved the name bullseye, it doesn't go with the boots name though

How about September Snow? With Sam as a barn name.

Tragic september blizzard. My mares registered name is breezes mishap. Mishap for short. Its fun to have a different name at a show or gymnkana. The joke is here comes jeanette and let's watch the mishap. Haha

Cold Octavius

Cold (or other desirable synonym) to represent Blizzard (mom)
Octavius as a call back to dad's haunting name of Tragic September (ghost ship.. sppooooky)

... in reality, I was like ... "Cold Augustus!.. August comes after September!"
Then I facepalmed. Octavius (aside from a ghost ship) also = Augustus, and I'd want to call him Gus, which doesn't quite work with Octavius.

Not good at this game.

Considering his color, I agree with the September Frost.

Call him Autumn Storm, Storm as his barn name. Or with those white stockings, perhaps Storm Boots is better.
