I didn't know where to post this thread hope it's okay if I post it here
I moved into my new house around about 6 months ago my new neighbors have a pony now in the entire 6 months I have lived here it has never had it's feet done they were so bad they were starting to curl up and the pony couldn't put weight on it's front feet so we called the RSPCA since then it's feet have been trimmed but are still pretty bad, he also seems to have a nasty skin irritation. I feel terrible for the pony his so sweet he comes up to the fence let's me pat him. I really want to go over and see if they'll let me brush him or do something with him his in desperate need of a good groom, or maybe even offer to buy him?
My problem is I don't want to come off rude? I just feel really sorry for the pony. Should I just leave it be or should I go over and ask if I can brush him?
P.s. I have three horses of my own so I have my own brushes I could use.
Thank you
