New car!

I've been on the lookout for a new car for a while now as I need to start towing myself and not relying on Dad. I looked at one Landcruiser Cab chassis and one Patrol wagon - One sold before we could look and the other looked really good but had a lot of rust and a bad oil leak, so we passed.

However, I finally found a car, and it passed our mechanics check with only one small issue. So we gave the guy a deposit and i'm off to see the bank!

My purdy new 1999 105 series manual TD Landcruiser:

It has heaps of extras. This is the list off the add:

Safari Turbo and intercooler ,mounted from factory
Factory solid diff front and rear for best articulation in its class
16" Alloy wheels
New Mickey Thompson mud tyres
Rola Roof racks
New Toyota tow bar, rated at 3.5 tonne
Redarc dual battery isolater, with over ride switch
2 batteries, a starting battery and 100Amp Gel accessories battery
New Old Man Emu Steering dampner
Polyair adjustable spring inserts keep the cruiser level when towing
35 litre underbody water tank with electric pump. Good for showers etc
Wood grain interior inserts
Colour monitor DVD, CD, USB, Ipod player
Reverse camera wired for car and caravan
Electronic brake controller, for caravan towing
Emergency brake monitor, for caravan towing
Anderson plug for additional caravan powering or other sources
Cigarette power plug in rear, power runs when car is off great to keep a fridge/freezer running for upto 6 days.
Two fuel tanks.

I'm so excited - I can finally tow myself places!
