New horse!

We just started a 3 hour drive to go pick up my new horse! Just Thursday night we decided to get her! She is a chestnut arabian mare! She is 10 years old and around 14 hands. She is registered and hopefully I will be able to get a hold of her papers. She had just a few weeks before she was going to be put on meat truck, so we decided to take her! She has minimal halter training, so I am going to train her and sell her in the future.
Pictures to come later!

Her only problems are that she has 2 very bad scars on her left front and hind leg from cutting them on steel. I guess she almost bled to death, but the owner made a quick decision and saved her life! She is so cuddly compared to my other half arab

She's a little chunky and her back is weak, but with work she will be so nice. Supposedly she tried flipping over while ground driving, so we are going to go nice and slow

Bad news though; I already adore her, and she was meant to be bought, trained and sold. She already has found a place in my heart, and to think I was looking for the wrong horses all along. I wanted a 16h+ jumper, but instead I got a 14h Arab. Oh well. Adore her more!

Here are the pictures of her life threatening injury. I first picture was the one that almost made her bleed to death.

She is a lovely mare. Who would not fall in love with her?
