Yes, if it's registered non-profit.

I've got her listed on Craigslist and had her listed on a couple different horse-sale sites. I gotta relist her on those, I had her up for a few weeks and only got two responses though >_<

I'll be posting her tomorrow at the feed shops and sale barn. I'm definitely not taking her through the horse auction though. The auctioneer does his damnest to try and sell to everyone but the kill buyer (he once spent a good 20 minuets trying to convince SOMEONE to take this nasty little colt so he wouldn't go to slaughter, a private person did then buy him in the end). But I like to know who's buying my horse, what their experience is, etc.

Wait! I'll fix it....

The biggest thing about craigslist that I found is relisting, relisting, relisting...that's where I've sold most of our horses. I just sold our TWH that we got in as a training project on craigslist for $750 plus a western saddle. I had her on craigslist for 2 weeks with a couple hits in the first couple days, then nothing...then I relisted her and within 6 hours had someone wanting to come see her and came the same day and came back with a trailer after seeing her. On craigslist there is so much activity I try to list things I have for sale every 2-3 days and at least in 3 surrounding areas. May take some time, but it's the fastest way to sell something.

your horse is gorgeous. for one.. that price is awesome and people knew she had a scar from what you stated. ALSO, the season is a terrible factor. but i wouldn't consider it an unsellable factor. good luck!! definitely try posting her online with pictures and videos. craigslist helps as well as equine.com, equinenow.com, dreamhorse.com & i'm sure there's others. post @ local feed stores and tack shops as well :)
