it will just happen naturally. look for a horse that responds well, is sweet, can perform, has potentiial,has a soft mouth, looks good and has manners. but most of all you will just know. i tryed out a couple and i think i picked the beter one

Are you going to be boarding the horse? If so, have you gone over to the place you like and checked out the stable? Many stables have at least one trainer who works through them. You might talk to the owner about your plans and intentions and see if they have any recommendations.
