This is the ad I am putting up:
Registered AQHA gelding, offered for sale to good home for confident rider. He is 15hh and a stocky build. Broke to ride both English and western and bareback and ready to take in any direction. He has three correct and smooth gaits, can go all day long and is comfortable to ride, and has amazing transitions. He responds well to leg and seat and little rein is needed. Wrangler is UTD on farrier, shots and deworming. He has great ground manners and is great with other horses. He is not pushy at all, and is a gentleman at best. This beautiful dapple grey gelding can be ridden in the fields, alone, or with company, and has been ridden in outdoor and covered arenas also. He is sound and healthy. 3000 OBO.

I would revise this to say

Wow, he is gorgeous, I have a thing for dapple greys....or any grey, for that matter. I agree w the other posters, the first pic really detracts from his beauty conformational wise.
I would add dam and sire info.
I hope he finds a wonderful home.

There is just as much horse sense as ever, but the horses have most of it.

I would go back and get some better pics. He looks nice against the blue sky, but the shots of him are not good. It can be hard to get decent pic. Good luck

I don't have a problem with the background in the conformation picture, it isn't distracting and you can see his while body.

However, he looks like he's about to take a step forward and he's not quite square. I don't think he is, but he looks cowhocked and just awkward in the back end with the positioning with everything. His entire back right leg is slightly turned out here. I'd also make sure his shoulder and hip are the same distance from the camera, his shoulder is a touch closer in that one. It's making his shoulder look more bulky and his hip look smaller.

He's a nice looking horse but a lot of little things are adding up that are taking away from that.

I'd also get some riding pictures up, around here at least he'd get passed on buy for that unless you have a riding video up in his ad.
