Pretty much pointless rant. lol.

Alright, so for anyone thats ever been to Oregon, I'm sure you already know it's pretty much the worst state in the country... I say this because it rains here 24/7, theres no such thing as a blue sky, and its freaking cold ALL THE TIME :( So other then nothing fun or enjoyable to do outside because it's always pouring down rain, my horses won't shed because it's too cold still.... A few have already shed for the most part some are starting to barely shed, but most are locked on there winter wollies and not letting go, till probably like July or whenever the weather around here acually becomes nice. Anyways, Oregon sucks, enless you like cold, wind, rain, mud and no sun then maybe you'd like it lol :) And it really sucks when you don't have an indoor arena to ride in. I have to ride in between the rain storms and it's not fun because the grounds to slick to do much more then a trot :(

ohhhh oregon, you suck :(

Hmm....I'll TRY to feel sorry for you as I sit here near the PA/MD border....but right now it is almost 90 degrees here with humidity you could cut with a knife and a glaring sun beating down .... at 11 am, both horses were sweaty, Epona was breathing heavier than I like to see and trying to find shade(no run in shed).... so now, our horses are in the barn for the afternoon, with fans blowing on them. Tomorrow's forecast: more glaring sun and we may hit 100.

Sorry, but the rain and wind sound good to me. I'll trade you anyday!

BTW, both started shedding out in late January.

what i wouldn't give to live in Try living in Canada. If you think you're cold come visit in the winter up here =P I used to live in California, and I've sadly learned to enjoy every second of warmth. Our horses aren't shedded out yet either! We have to ride indoors for nine months and then get sucked dry by mosquitoes for the remainder. I used to ride out on trails all year, now i can only go once or twice! If the rain bothers you try finding a covered arena.... i'm not sure whats standard in Oregon, so i wish you luck! Just remember that people would give lots to live where you are =)
